HeY everybody Christmas break is right around the corner and that means finals are almost done!!! Heres a clipping of something im working on right now for my illustration class.

HEY!

Heres some thumbnails for some comics! The first one was actually from the movie script The African Queen. The second is from a short story where the man who created the atomic bomb goes back to his hometown. He goes there to try and get a hold of himself and ends up seeing a younger version of himself and follows this younger version back to his home where his parents are still alive. He then pleads with his father to get his son interested in ANYTHING but science.

Im trying to find my way of drawing and i really like the direction ive been heading in. I feel pretty good about things today.

Heres my astronaut which was an assignment for my Illustration class where we had to redo a cover to a book. The book i did had collected a bunch of really good short sci-fi stories that were
published in the saturday evening post.

Hey everybody heres the inks for the Pirate women, im pretty happy with how the textures turned out but i still think there needs to be alot more tweaking. Such as the girls face on the bottom and also some other stuff that i want to fix on photoshop. Any suggestions??

Here is some of the stuff ive been working on the first is a tight line drawing for my childrens book class. Im working on a collection of short fables, tall tales and folklore and this one is for The Pirate Women! This was done for my illustration class as our "fashion" project.

This painting was from my figure painting class where our teacher gave us reference photos and we were to create a scene using those shots

SUPER LATE but other than that ive been really busy lately. Heres a project from the one and only George Pratt, the assignment is to do 30, 12 x 12 oil paintings in 30 days. Needless to say ill be a little swamped including the other assignments i have to work on.

Heres the Samurai comic with words. Doing this is so much fun but theres so much learnin to get done when it comes to this. I cant believe how comic artist do this, they are definitly the hardest working artist in the industry(in my opinion). Hope you enjoy and Criticism is always welcome.

Boy Who Cried Wulf

My childrens book illustration for the boy who cried wolf. Im pretty happy with how it turned out but theres alot i still need to fix like making the pen lines more smooth and erasing some of the shmutz around the kid.
